Edith Zamora– Sales
Edith Zamora is a multi-million dollar producer specializing in residential sales in Coronado. Prior to joining Owen Properties, Edith practiced taxation with accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. She developed tax savings strategies for billion dollar companies, including Sony and Kendall-Jackson Vineyards, and works with her real estate clients to help them save taxes in their purchases and sales. Edith has a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelors of Science in Taxation from the University of Southern California. She is Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certified by the National Association of Realtors.
TOM OWEN – Broker
Tom Owen has over a billion dollars in transactional experience, with over 10 years in regional development and real estate. Since 2004, he has acted as principal developer of six Coronado homes and has been involved as a consultant in the construction of 11 Coronado homes. In 2006, Tom founded Owen Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage specializing in Coronado. Tom graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Law School at the University of California, Los Angeles. He spent four years practicing as a mergers and acquisitions attorney for Cooley Godward LLP. Tom is a member of the California State Bar and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Prior to attending law school, Tom worked in the White House Speechwriting Office.
Ryan Owen – Marketing Director & Agent
Ryan Owen is our marketing director and an agent. Ryan has provided marketing consulting to over 400 independent real estate companies and has managed marketing for Owen Properties since its inception. Ryan has also consulted for Redpoint Ventures, a $2 billion venture capital fund that was a lead investor in several successful start-ups, including TiVo, Netflix and MySpace. He has acted as a marketing consultant for such companies as the Oprah Winfrey Network and AT&T. Ryan received his undergraduate degree and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles.
